Why Veylith exists

Every solo professional has the same problem: email is the job, but it was never supposed to be.

A solicitor spends 45 minutes each morning moving client queries from one folder to another. An accountant misses an urgent payment request because it got buried under newsletter noise. A consultant finds three identical "just checking in" threads from the same client across different accounts.

The tools that exist to help either send your email to a third-party cloud service to process it (SaneBox, Google's Priority Inbox), or hand it to a VA who can only work so many hours. Neither option works for professionals with confidentiality obligations. Neither option gives you real control.

What we built

Veylith runs entirely on private UK infrastructure. The AI models that read and classify your email run locally on hardware we own and operate. Your messages are never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any cloud inference provider. They are processed, classified, and returned. Nothing leaves the UK. Nothing leaves our control.

The service is simple in practice: connect your inbox, tell us how you want email categorised, and Veylith handles the rest. Urgent messages get flagged. Invoices get routed. Newsletters get filed or removed before you ever see them. You open your inbox to what actually needs you.

Where we are

Veylith is in pre-launch. We are building the first production version now and are looking for a small group of early operators who want to shape how this works from the start.
